Withdrawals may be restricted if KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has not been completed. Winzo may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Winzo's services. Creating an account or playing on Winzo is strictly prohibited for minors.

Additionally, Winzo may not be used from any country or region where online gaming or betting is prohibited by law. It is solely the user's responsibility to comply with the laws of their own country.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

You can deposit on Winzo via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. There are no extra charges for deposits on our end, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours.

6 Betting Rules

All betting activity on Winzo is governed by specific rules. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, Winzo reserves the right to void bets in certain circumstances.

• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may not be accepted.
• If an event is cancelled, all stakes will be refunded.
• Winzo is not liable for any losses caused by network issues during live betting.
• Placing bets using multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited.
